Where is Par-T-Ville 2011?

Our Mission Statement:

To provide a complete children’s party and event service,
delivering superior quality, creating lasting memories.

In 2008 and 2009 we had a competition across North America for all our Par-T-Perfect staff called “Where is Par-T-Ville?” Staff from all over sent in pictures, memories, stories and testimonials each month from events held in their area. Those submissions were voted on by their peers to determine “Par-T-Ville!” for the month.

A scoring system was developed based on; number of submission, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. ranking accumulated throughout the year. The highest points won the recognition as the annual “Par-T-Ville!”

By popular demand this competition returns for 2011. Last week we began the search for “Where is Par-T-Ville 2011!” Each round’s winner will be posted for all to see. Look for the annual winner to be announced January 2012 (at our annual conference).

So let the competition begin! Looking for a more information on Par-T-Perfect  Check out our website www.par-t-perfect.com

As a franchisee, am I really a business owner?

Franchisees are in every way owners of a business. As a franchisee, you hire and train your staff, look after bookkeeping, advertising and the hundred and one other details required for success. Like any independent business owner, the franchisee is responsible for driving revenue and profitability. The franchisors are there for guidance and advice, but ultimately the success or failure of the business rests on your shoulders.

Par-T-Perfect strongly believes in this perspective of a franchise owner and considers this when approving a new operation. As the franchisor Par-T-Perfect HQ strives to create an atmosphere where ideas are shared to help you start your business reaching and exceeding your potential quicker than doing so yourself.

Here is a taste of some of the programs developed by Par-T-Perfect over its 23 years in business:

  • Extensive initial training period.
  • Ongoing support program: including intranet communication, resource centre, and contacts management system.
  • Communication within a solid network of fellow franchisees. Including conferences
  • Lead generation program and extensive marketing programs.
  • Social media platform and website development.
  • Group buying discounts and insurance rates.

Before venturing into a franchise system it is important to get an idea of what a franchise is? There are common misconceptions about what a franchise is. Many believe that becoming a franchise mean that one gives is not the actual owner of their business.

The Canadian Franchise Association outlines this well in their website and is outlined in below: CFA website
